In-Person Yoga for All Bodies (Especially Pregnant Ones) 
 

This class is a grounding, gentle space for anyone looking to connect with their body through mindful movement and breath — with extra love and support for those who are pregnant. Designed to be inclusive of all bodies, identities, and experience levels, this class offers modifications and options to honor wherever you are in your journey. Whether you're growing a baby, reconnecting with your body, or simply craving a slower, more intentional practice — you’re welcome here.

Weekly class taught by Joi Farnsworth of Joifull Birth

Our free, monthly new parent support group serves to provide a safe forum for parents during pregnancy and the postpartum period of their life who live, work, and thrive in the Metro Atlanta area. You'll be able to share your story, ask questions, vent, and receive encouragement, support, information and advice, free from judgment or bias, from your peers, veteran parents, and birth professionals to aid you on your journey.

 

The format includes time for couples to discuss things together and time for separate mom and dad breakout groups for more specific/in-depth discussions.

🧸 Helping Little Ones Welcome Baby with Confidence and Love​

Becoming a big brother or sister is a big deal! Our Becoming a Big Sibling Prep Classes are heartwarming, age-appropriate sessions designed for children ages 3-10 and 11-16 to help them feel included, confident, and excited about their growing family.

Led by experienced postpartum and infant care doulas, this interactive class gently walks children through what to expect when the baby arrives.

We’ll explore:

• What babies need and how siblings can help

• How their role in the family is still super important

• Hands-on fun like diapering a doll, singing a baby lullaby, and creating a special “welcome baby” craft

• Ways to talk about feelings and ask for help when things feel different

Every child will leave with:
✨ A Big Sibling Certificate
🎨 A small take-home craft
💖 A boost of confidence and love

Whether your child is nervous, excited, or unsure, this class will help them feel seen, celebrated, and supported. Let us help big siblings feel just as special as the new baby.
